1. Shipping Carriers

We currently ship exclusively through the following carriers:

  • Canada Post – Our primary carrier for domestic and international shipments
  • UPS – Available for select shipments requiring expedited delivery

Carrier availability may vary based on destination and package dimensions. The available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

2. Processing Time

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

3. Order Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please note: Shipping notifications are only sent to verified email addresses. If you have not verified your email, please do so to ensure you receive order updates.

You can also track your order status at any time by logging into your account.

4. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. Delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.

5. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders are subject to the following:

5.1 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in the shipping cost or product price.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. If you refuse to pay import duties, the package may be returned to us at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

5.2 International Delivery Times

International delivery times vary significantly by destination:

  • United States: 5–15 business days
  • Europe: 10–25 business days
  • Asia/Pacific: 15–30 business days
  • Other destinations: 15–45 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on customs processing and local postal services.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination address
  • Selected shipping method

The displayed shipping cost includes a small handling fee to cover packaging materials and insurance where applicable.

7. Packaging & Protection

We take great care in packaging collectibles to ensure they arrive safely:

  • Cards are placed in penny sleeves and toploaders
  • Graded cards are wrapped in bubble wrap
  • All items are packaged in rigid mailers or boxes
  • "Do Not Bend" labels are applied where appropriate

If you have specific packaging requests, please include them in the order notes at checkout.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

While we package items with care, we cannot control carrier handling. If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery for lost packages
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items, with photos of the damage
  • Keep all original packaging for carrier inspection if required

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

10. P.O. Boxes & Remote Areas

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via Canada Post. However, UPS shipments require a physical street address. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times and may incur additional shipping charges.

11. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. See our Refunds & Returns Policy for cancellation and refund information.
