Non-Sealed Products (Final Sale)
Due to the unique nature of collectibles and the risk of card switching, the following items are sold as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Raw (ungraded) cards — Singles, lots, and collections
- Graded cards — PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, and other grading services
- Memorabilia — Autographs, relics, and authenticated items
- Opened products — Any product with broken seals or packaging
Exception: If you believe a non-sealed item is not authentic or was significantly misdescribed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and documentation. We take authenticity seriously and will work with you to resolve legitimate concerns.
Sealed Products (Returnable)
Factory-sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility Requirements
- Product must be factory sealed with all original seals intact
- Product must be in original, undamaged condition
- Product must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- You must obtain return authorization before shipping
Return Process
- Request Authorization: Contact us via email or our contact form to request a return. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide return shipping address and any specific instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item within 3 business days and process your refund.
⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to sender at your expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
For items damaged in transit or shipping errors on our part, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement at your choice.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or payment account.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for returns that meet our eligibility requirements. However, if a sealed product shows signs of tampering or is returned outside the 14-day window, we reserve the right to decline the return or apply a restocking fee of up to 15%.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above.
